I led a design-driven commemorative book cataloging the history of the Project Management Institute (PMI). With few archival resources on hand, I had to construct a detailed history of the organization through rigorous research—collecting image and data assets to bring it all to life. Client management was essential too, as PMI’s executive leaders placed extra scrutiny on the project. Asking good questions and really listening to their worries made sure that the finished book was a big hit.
