Influencing Adobe’s C-suite leaders with a clear narrative and goal-oriented Customer Zero materials.
Following Adobe’s 2024 Black Friday campaign, the CEO requested a debrief on the groundbreaking internal project that powered our success: the AI automation of 15,000+ marketing assets using Adobe’s own technologies, called the “Assets@Scale” initiative.
My team led all content prep, collaborating with Adobe PR to outline key talking points that highlight our internal AI approach (e.g. how we deploy AI to boost employee productivity and decision-making). We prepared a briefing doc with potential questions and succinct answers, including examples of ATS-led AI initiatives (like predictive analytics in IT support) to share with the interviewer.
The Fast Company interview established Adobe as a leader in enterprise AI adoption, with Cindy’s insights prominently featured to a wide business audience and generated strong social media engagement.
