ATS Overview Pitch Deck 

Creating an essential artifact to persuade new audiences and define internal organizational culture

Though ATS had been established for years, Adobe’s IT organization lacked a basic overview pitch deck, with a single source of truth not just for our internal teams and org charts, but our value and capabilities to the rest of the enterprise.

I led all efforts here including having my team research, create, and compile key source elements including the ATS charter, organizational structure, and flagship programs. I worked with our senior leaders to craft and validate all information and then I led my team through storyboarding and design to create something visually engaging and on brand for ATS.

The Overview deck has become an essential artifact across ATS, central to how we onboard new hires, communicate our value to partners across the business, and succinctly and persuasively pitch our story to new leaders, external customers, and ourselves.
