Adobe Technology Services (ATS) lacked a consistent slide design system for internal communications. My goal was to create a comprehensive template library to elevate presentation quality and brand consistency across ATS’s teams. 

I led all strategy and directed all design work, creating a library of 90+ custom slide layouts (agendas, org charts, data visuals, etc.) in PowerPoint and Adobe Express, tailored to ATS’s unique content needs. I also led all change management activities, pairing these with team-led strategic storytelling training sessions to drive adoption and mature our communications practices within ATS.

This Slide Bank became the standard toolkit for ATS presentations, streamlining preparation and reinforcing ATS’s brand identity, while earning my recognition as an all-Adobe Customer Zero success story for creative internal adoption.
