ATS Brand Identity System
Establishing identity and crystalizing a new culture across 100+ projects for one organization.
Adobe Technology Services (ATS)’s communications looked fragmented and lacked a unifying visual identity. I spearheaded a brand refresh to create a distinct ATS identity system and a library of Adobe Express templates for easy, on-brand content creation.
I led all strategy and directed all design work, creating a library of 90+ custom slide layouts (agendas, org charts, data visuals, etc.) in PowerPoint and Adobe Express, tailored to ATS’s unique content needs. I also led all change management activities, pairing these with team-led strategic storytelling training sessions to drive adoption and mature our communications practices within ATS.
My team launched a first-of-its kind cohesive brand identity—expressed in All-Hands, SharePoint, email banner, Slack, and more—a $70,000 value if contracted to an external agency. We had over 95% brand compliance, driving adoption across 100+ projects, while unifying ATS with one voice.
